Licensing

One license per company.

Delta is licensed to a company for a period of time, and used on as many of its computers as it likes. This page is a summary; the terms shown by the installer are what applies.

Per company, not per seat

One license is for one company. While it is in force you may install Delta on any number of computers your company owns or controls, and the people who work for your company may use it for its business.

A license is a file

It names your company and the day the license runs out. Open it from Delta’s license screen, or have an administrator put it on each machine so that it is there for everyone who signs in.

You are told before it runs out

During a license’s last 30 days Delta says so when it starts. Renewing is a new file with a later date. Without a license in force, an installed Delta shows its license screen and nothing else.

What you make is yours

The graphs you make, and the programs and packages Delta builds from them, belong to you. Programs built with Delta need no license to run and go on working after your license has run out.

Your data stays with you

Delta works on your own computers and does not send your graphs or your data to us. The assistant runs a language model on your computer unless you choose an online model and give its key.

The terms come with the installer

Before it installs anything, the installer shows Delta’s terms and the license of every piece of open-source software delivered with it, and asks for them to be accepted.
